Each wild 33 player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts for any reason is a serious violation. If such a breach is detected, Wild 33 reserves the right to:

• Closing all associated accounts without prior notice.

Wild 33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Malaysian payment methods:

Wild 33 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, Wild 33 will notify the player concerned within 48 business hours.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Wild 33 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under the following circumstances:

• A significant technical error in the Wild 33 system that affects odds or the acceptance of bets.
• Matches or events that are cancelled or postponed in accordance with Wild 33's cancellation policy.
• Bets accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error ("palpable error").

In the event of a postponed match, Wild 33 will apply the cancellation policy established for each sport. As a general rule, football matches that are postponed and not resumed within 24 hours will be deemed void, and all wagers will be refunded to the player's account.

Wild 33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general bonus conditions at Wild 33 are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
